Returns & Refund Policy

Succulents and Cacti are living, perishable plants. Due to the inherent perishable nature of plants, no Paypal or Credit Card refunds are provided.  If plants are damaged or dying due to transit and/or weather conditions, a store credit will be provided for the amount of the damaged item(s) and shipping costs. Photo documentation of damage is required. Initial Contact for Store Credit due to damaged, unhealthy, or unsatisfactory plants must be made within 48 hours of the Carrier Delivery.

Weather conditions do effect the quality and health of perishable plants and as we are unable to guarantee weather and/or transit conditions, purchaser is advised to order at their own risk.

No refunds or store credits will be issued for orders shipped to addresses provided by the Customer that were entered incorrectly into the shipping address order form at the time of purchase.
